Been wondering what the Newton Theatre Collective has been up to this summer? Look no further! We have been busy working on our summer theatre festival, coming your way this August 5-7 for its third summer because, well, the world is spooky. And we believe that it is high time that the collective reflects the sp00ky nature of the world that surrounds it.

This year we will be performing TWO shows: The Love Talker by Deborah Pryor and an original piece entitled The Night Before Malcolm's Reconstructionist Bar Mitzvah.
THE LOVE TALKER
Deborah Pryor's tale is a dark, sensual ghost story set in the mountains and forest of Appalachia and will be performed in the woods surrounding 56 Miller Road.
THE NIGHT BEFORE MALCOLM'S RECONSTRUCTIONIST BAR MITZVAH is an interactive theatre piece performed throughout a Newton house. You can bring your own nachas and chutzpah if you so desire, but if not, plenty will be provided throughout the night.

MEETINGS AT THE HIGH SCHOOLS!
Hey guys! It's us, the Newton Theatre Collective!
We're VERY essited to announce that we will be holding not one, but TWO meetings at the high schools during this coming week.
Our meetings will be:

12/23@2:30pm at NEWton North High School (room TBA)
EVERYONE is invited to come. Teachers, parents, friends, theater people, non theater people, babies.
